All items are handmade, most are one-ofs. For one-of items, you will receive the exact item shown. Care is taken to relay as much information about each piece and it's elements, however, colours may be slightly different from images due to different monitors and their settings.

I want you to love and wear your portable art! Please contact me if a piece is *almost* what you're looking for, I may be able to make a small adjustment depending on the request.


Custom designs can be made for pieces with specific embellishments, within a theme, multiples, or to go with other pieces you currently own. Designs tend to have some back-and-forth discussion, and once a design's basics have been agreed on, 50% of the item's cost will be due as a non-refundable deposit. This deposit covers materials and design time. When a piece is complete, the balance must be paid before the item will be shipped. Items not paid for after 15 days of completion will be put up for general sale.

Every artist puts a lot of time and heart into their work; skill is hard-earned experience with true value. You may ask for a new piece inspired by another artist, but do not ask me to copy another artist's work. If you love a piece made by someone else please support their efforts and buy from them! In the same vein, please do not ask others to copy my work.


Payments online are through PayPal. Credit Card payments are available through PayPal without having a PayPal account. Invoicing is available.

Credit Card payments can also be made through Square, this is done by phone. Please use the email available on the contact page to discuss using this method.

Orders will not be shipped until payment is processed.

In rural Canada, the only option for shipping is Canada Post. Also, because it is rural, it may take the maximum number of days within their delivery guidelines to reach you. Please be patient.


All items will will be shipped within 2-4 business days of payment and will have a tracking number.

Tracked shipping in Canada is expensive; you may combine up to 3 items per package to save on costs (combined weight less than 400g). If you are purchasing more than 3 items, the rate increase (if applicable) will be determined by Canada Post guidelines. I will do my best to keep the shipping low.

Typical Base Shipping Rates (CDN Funds):

Canada $17 (2-7 days), USA $17 (4-7 days), International rate determined by Canada Post.

Any applicable customs duties are not included and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

For gift purchases being shipped to an address different than the purchaser's, please use the contact page to verify the name and contact information of the recipient. If you would like a handwritten note/card to be included with the gift, send the details (message/occasion) in this same email.


No returns on custom  items.

No returns on earrings.

Please contact me if you have concerns about your item as soon as possible once you recieve it so I have a chance to help you - communication is key to resolving issues in a timely manner!

Items may be returned for exchange only within 7 days of receipt of the item. Item must be in original condition. Customer must return the item by tracked shipping at their cost. Your exchanged item will be shipped  to you at seller's cost. One exchange per purchase.

Your items are packaged as safely as possible in the most appropriate parcel (padded/reinforced envelope or box). If your item has been damaged in shipping, Canada Post insists on viewing the damaged parcel for insurance. You must send the original damaged shipping parcel inside another package for review, after which the regular exchange policy will be followed.
